Clients who engage Alpha Landscaping's services are protected by our clientele agreement. Any client hiring Alpha Landscaping will have their contract terminated if any staff or employees are subjected to threats, belligerence, or racism. We implement a three-strike system, and customers engaging in such activities will be notified and documented in their customer profile. Extreme cases will result in contract termination without refund.
